If cancellation is approved after processing has begun, Carbon Fusion reserves the right to deduct any costs already incurred, including but not limited to:

• Manufacturing or production costs
• Packaging costs
• Logistics or transportation charges
• Administrative expenses

The remaining eligible amount, if any, will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. Customised or Made-to-Order Products

Orders for customised, personalised, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Customers are advised to carefully review all specifications before confirming such orders.

5. Bulk and Commercial Orders

Bulk, institutional, government, or commercial orders may be subject to separate contractual terms regarding cancellations.

Any cancellation requests for such orders will be reviewed in accordance with the agreed purchase terms.

6. Cancellation by Carbon Fusion

Carbon Fusion reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Incomplete or incorrect customer information

If an order is cancelled by Carbon Fusion after payment has been received, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.

• Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
